Marcus, a citizen of Los Santos, sues the undercover police sub-division after an officer and his ride-along antagonizes a pedestrian. Marcus pulls out his concealed carry firearm to protect this citizen but is end up shot from these two undercover units who failed to identify as police officers.

Institutionalized is a cinematic short movie project filmed in Grand Theft Auto. It dives deep into a character who has lost his job and results to crime to help his family. He ends up getting caught and sent to prison, showing the failures of the rehabilitation centers in the prison system and how one becomes "institutionalized."
